Booking & Planning

We recommend booking at least 2-3 days before your cruise arrival. However, we often accommodate last-minute requests. During peak cruise season (May-October), earlier booking is advisable to guarantee availability. The earlier you book, the better we can prepare your personalized experience.

Don't worry! We monitor all incoming ships in real-time. If your ship is delayed due to weather or operational issues, we'll adjust your tour schedule accordingly. We monitor Maritime traffic data to know exactly when you'll arrive. If the delay is significant, we offer full refunds with no questions asked.

Absolutely! Every tour we offer can be customized to your preferences. Want to spend more time in Taormina? Skip a stop? Include a wine tasting? Just let us know in your booking form or via WhatsApp, and we'll create the perfect itinerary for your group.

We offer free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour. If your cruise is cancelled, delayed significantly, or if you need to change plans, we'll work with you to find the best solution. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Meeting Point & Logistics

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with detailed meeting instructions. Your driver will be waiting at the cruise terminal exit with a sign bearing your name. We'll send you the driver's WhatsApp number the day before so you can coordinate directly. We track your ship's arrival in real-time to ensure we're there when you disembark.

For cruise passengers, we provide complimentary pickup and drop-off at the cruise terminal. If you're staying at a hotel near Messina or Catania, we can arrange pickup from there as well. Airport transfers can be arranged for an additional fee - just ask us!

We'll drop you back at your cruise terminal with plenty of time before departure (we always allow a buffer of at least 1 hour). We monitor your ship's departure time and plan accordingly. If you have a late-departing cruise, we can even arrange to keep you out longer!

Tour Experience & Activities

Absolutely! Many of our tours are perfect for families. The Godfather Tour, Taormina & Castelmola, and Boat Tours are particularly popular with children. We can adjust the pace and stops to keep little ones engaged. Just let us know the ages of your children when booking.

The boat tour operates weather permitting. In case of rough seas or unsafe conditions, we'll offer an alternative itinerary (such as a land-based tour) or provide a full refund. Sicily generally has excellent weather from April to October, but we'll always prioritize your safety and comfort.

Our wine tasting tour at Cantine Bonfiglio includes a guided tour of the historic winery, tasting of 3 premium Sicilian wines (including the award-winning Beatrice Faro DOC and Kalonerò), and pairing with local Sicilian products like cheeses, cured meats, and olive oil. You'll also have time to purchase bottles to take home.

Walking levels vary by tour and your preferences. Taormina's historic center involves moderate walking (cobblestone streets), while Castelmola is on a steep hill. If you prefer less walking, we can use golf carts and focus on scenic viewpoints. Just let us know your mobility level when booking.

Pricing & Payment

Prices shown are per person. Your private tour is exclusive to your group - we never mix groups. Private tours use comfortable Mini Vans for 1-8 guests or Mini Buses for 9-16 guests. Larger groups? Just ask us for a custom quote!

Our tour prices include private transportation, a professional driver/guide, and all food/wine tastings. Entrance fees to attractions (like the Greek Theatre in Taormina, approximately €10-15 per person) are not included. This gives you flexibility to decide which attractions interest you based on your time and preferences.

Payment can be made directly to your driver at the end of the tour in cash (€) or by card. We accept all major credit cards. For groups of 9+, we may request a small deposit to secure the booking. We don't require full payment upfront for most bookings.

Food tastings are included where specified (wine tasting includes local Sicilian products, the Godfather Tour includes refreshments at Bar Vitelli, etc.). Lunch is not included unless specified. Your driver can recommend excellent restaurants and, if time permits, arrange a lunch stop for you.

Accessibility & Special Needs

Yes! Our vehicles can accommodate wheelchairs. Many areas of Taormina and Castelmola are accessible, though some historic streets have cobblestones. We'll plan an itinerary that works for your mobility needs. Please inform us in advance so we can ensure the best experience.

Absolutely! Sicily has excellent vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Just let us know your dietary requirements when booking, and we'll ensure the wine tastings and food experiences cater to your needs. We're experienced with common allergies and can work with restaurants accordingly.

The boat tour stays close to the coastline in protected waters, which minimizes motion. However, if you're prone to seasickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medication before departure. We also recommend choosing morning tours when seas are typically calmer. If you're very concerned, we can suggest alternative tours that don't involve boats.
